As an entrepreneur and wellness consultant, she is able to bring her skills to the financial and strategic consulting market for start-ups, corporates & individuals globally.
She is serving people in the embodiment of their purpose with 18 years experience in the field of facilitation and coaching, leading small medium and micro business to optimise their outcomes creatively and dollar-efficiently. For the past 10 years her passion for mindfulness has coloured her coaching practice, ultimately evolving to offer a self-development mindfulness-based coaching and therapy practice where clients benefit from holistic transformation, and develop their career plans. She simultaneously holds the container of transformation and wholeness for all she works with.

Marciella Dessington
An HSSE professional with proven record of delivering excellence she offers the highest level of integrity and professionalism to the health, safety and environmental process in any greenfields or brownfields environments.
Having over 32 years experience in the engineering construction and implementation of HSSE programmes on mega projects nationally and internationally; Overseeing the management of risk for client base involvement. She has worked in war-torn African countries for well over two decades and continues to have on-going involvement and participation in management reviews, investigations, meetings, site visits and presentations. She excels in phases of Change and Cultural Management in construction and environment and communicates with, and addresses all levels of senior management.
She is a born coach and natural facilitator with a passion that stems from her wealth of on-the-ground experience.
