Yoga Studio
Bryte Wellness is a cultural and community yoga movement which aims to keep you moving and meditating in the most simple and significant way. In class there is something for everyone. From athletes to serious gym junkies, if you’re in post-operative recovery, pregnant or simply looking to change your life, come play and experience some synchronized movement with breath. At Bryte Wellness we are unified in a spirit of togetherness.
The main aim is to promote Yoga as a culture and allow as many people as possible to become a part of this fast growing and life-changing tribe. Bryte Wellness is changing lives in providing accessible yoga across age, gender, race, injury management programmes and income groups.
Classes are never too serious. You will learn how to trust your breath and move in meditation to rebuild and reinforce your own personal fortress of protection as you journey on the path returning to wholeness. Classes are accessible even if you think you’re too stiff, not ‘bendy’ enough and cannot touch your toes; they are always fun as we giggle though our huffing and puffing whilst classes are also intended to give you exactly what you need in terms of strength or ease. So, you decide to make it strong or gentle. This means they are ideal for total beginners through to intermediate and advanced levels of yogis. Everyone will find the space to play and enjoy themselves through yoga and meditation in a Bryte Wellness class.
Classes are led by Ella. Her background gives her deep and intuitive insight into understanding your body as it moves through the traditional yogic postures (asana). Her passion for Japanese martial arts and her subsequent registration with the IJYA (International Japanese Yoga Association) constantly inspires new streams of movement and a deepening knowledge. This provides new ways to access breath.
Ella is Ishta Integral Hatha qualified, RYT 500, 200, 50 and Registered with Yoga Alliance and Aerial yoga certified. At Bryte Wellness she offers yoga in many forms; hatha, Ishta, yin, vinyasa, meditation & mindfulness, Japanese yoga, sport Injury and yoga therapy. All are available in-person as well as via online stable platforms streamed direclty into your home or sanctuary.
Having undergone knee and hip surgery she continues to expand awareness around therapeutic recovery; rejuvenating body and mind; strengthening where loss of strength has occurred; as well as observing limitations as well as the role that holistic pain management plays in creating a support base for continued practice. This thorough awareness allows for a return to her authentic self.
Remembering, that the first lesson of yoga is that it is for everyone…no matter what you need, or how you move. It is about moving energy, so that you can create positive energy movement to support and activate personal transformation (in little or larger ways).
Ella has been pracitcing mindfulness through breath and movement since she was 6years old. She taps into a deep spring of intuition and foundational learning in her own practice, and as she leads her students.
